About Polaris Project
A Structured Pathway Toward Recovery, Stability, and Meaningful Change.
Walking Alongside People as They Rebuild Their Lives.
Supporting Recovery, Restoring Stability, Creating Sustainable Futures.
The Polaris Project is a service provider dedicated to guiding individuals who are facing complex personal challenges back into meaningful employment and toward long-term independence in managing their lives.
We support people who may be experiencing barriers such as substance misuse, homelessness, financial hardship, or long-term health and well-being issues. Our focus is not on quick fixes, but on sustainable outcomes—helping individuals build stability, resilience, and the skills needed to maintain progress over time.
How We Support Individuals
Our Approach to Sustainable Change
Sustainability is a core value of The Polaris Project. We live and breathe it. Our aim is not simply to support people through traumatic crisis, but to empower them to become sustainable in their own lives—able to manage employment, finances, well-being, and personal responsibilities with confidence and consistency.
Working at Polaris – Lasting Outcomes
While lived experience of substance misuse, homelessness, or financial difficulty is not a requirement for employees of The Polaris Project, it is highly valued. Lived experience strengthens empathy, trust, and understanding, enabling our team to deliver support that is realistic, respectful, and effective.
